Beetles Plumbing was contacted by a homeowner in Lakewood regarding a gas leak. The gas company had already shut off their gas supply. Beetles arrived at the home within hours and discovered that, although the gas company had replaced the main supply line, that was not the source of the leak. Consequently, they turned off the gas once more. Larry Jr. and LB3 conducted an air test, which revealed two additional leaks in the piping system: one in a 3/4" 90-degree fitting and another in a 3/4" tee. The team carefully removed the necessary pipes and fittings, ensuring access with unions, and sealed the threads with an approved sealant. They then reinstalled the existing piping and offered a one-year warranty on the seal. The gas company subsequently inspected the work and approved the reactivation of the gas supply.
